The project was initially conceived as a commercial complex by the client but during construction the use of the building was converted to a hotel. Hence the project was challenging in its unique sense. Centrally air conditioned hotel building has 48 rooms inclusive of 8 suites, restaurant, pub, banquet hall, swimming pool etc.. Interior of the hotel reflects the tradition of the city with elegant materials, colors and texture.
